CRA Late Models Back at NSS 2011

Lexington, NC: (June 23, 2011) C&C Racing Promotions announced the addition of the Champion Racing Association (CRA) Late Models to the schedule for 2011 North-South Shootout. The Late Models will qualify through time trials and run a 100-lap main event at Caraway Speedway as part of the 9 th Annual John Blewett III Memorial North-South Shootout presented in memory of Charles Kepley. The event will be a CRA Southern 6-Pack Event.

This will be the third appearance of the CRA Late Models at the Shootout. Previous Shootout winners include local favorite Colt James in 2010 and Jeff Fultz in the inaugural event.

For over 10 years, the CRA Super Series has been sanctioning Super Late Model events in the Midwest. The Series has enjoyed expansion into Southern region over the last few seasons.
